Refund and Returns Policy

If you’re not happy with your order, threemetal.com’s Refund and Return Policy is here to assist you.

Return Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

– Be in its original, unused condition.

– Include all original packaging and accessories.

– Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Custom or personalized items, as well as items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Step 2: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and accessories.

Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Refunds will cover the purchase price, excluding original shipping fees.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

– Personalized or engraved jewelry.

– Gift cards.

– Items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, including covering return shipping costs if necessary.

International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. Refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, we can issue a gift credit for the value of your return. Please contact us for further instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds
